Nagpur: The city-based Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya has organized an inter-collegiate Debate Contest for teachers, both junior and senior college teachers, on October 17, 2016, to mark the death anniversary of Govindrao Wanjari, former MLA and Founding President of Amar Seva Mandal that runs the College.
The topic of this Debate Contest is “Overall development of the country can be achieved through change in political power” in English. The same in Marathi will be “Rajkiya Satta Parivartanatun Deshacha Sarvangin Vikas Hou Shakto” and in Hindi “Rajkiya Satta Parivartansehi Desh Ka Sarvangin Vikas Ho Sakta Hain.” The time limit is 7 minutes for each contestant.
The prizes to be awarded include: First Team Prize of Rs 7,000, Memorabilia and Certificate. Second Team Prize of Rs 5001, Memorabilia and Certificate and the Third Team Prize of Rs 3001, Memorabilia and Certificate. All the participants will be distributed with certificates.
The place of the Debate Contest is Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya, Sakkardara Square, Nagpur. Date and Time: 17.10.2016 at 10 am.
The interested colleges can send their entries (one pro contester and one anti contester) on or before 13.10.2016.
