Nagpur: The annual 10th TPM Conference of Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories for “TPM as participatory programme for innovation & growth 2015-16” being held at NADP, Ambajhari, Nagpur on 11th & 12th January, 2016 was inaugurated on 11th January, 2016 at this academy by the Chief Guest – T.V. Rao, IOFS, Addl. DGOF & Member, Ordnance Factory Board, Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Kolkata. Rajiv Gupta, IOFS, Addl. DGOF & Member, Ordnance Factory Board, Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Kolkata was the chief Guest of the Valedictory function.
During the 2 days conference, 33 factories belonging to various operating divisions of OFB presented their achievements in implementation of Kaizen at work place to improve quality, safety and morale. P. Seturaman, work Member/TPM Club of India Pune and B. Hriharan, (Retd) Sr. GM of OF, Ambernath, evaluated the Kaizen presentations.
