Nagpur: In an audacious act, about 12 employees of a company in MIDC were beaten up, “abducted” and forcibly taken to Raipur by two cars and released there by a group of ruffians. The ‘abductors’ warned the employees not to ‘trouble’ their “Sahab” or else would be shot. The curious incident took place between 2 am and 4.30 pm on September 16, 2016. The group of abductors have been booked and being searched.
One of the complainants Sarathi Palta Singh (40), resident of Nildoh Colony, told police that he and his 11 colleagues, all working in a company in MIDC, were thrashed and forcibly taken to Raipur in two Safari cars (MH-40/AR 4123 and MH-40/AR 1874). In Raipur, they were released but before warned not to “trouble” their Raukwar Sahab or else will be shot.
