Nagpur: In an internal reshuffle, Nagpur Commissioner of Police Dr Ravinder Singal transferred 12 Police Inspectors in the city on Monday.
Mahesh Krishnarao Chauhan, who has been shifted to Nagpur from Wardha will take over as the In-Charge of MIDC Police Station. Praveen Madhukarrao Kale, Senior PI of MIDC Police Station, has been shifted to the Crime Branch. Jitendra Bobde, who was PI (Crime) at Gittikhadan Police Station, will take over as the In-Charge of Hingna Police Station. Prashant Thawre, who was Senior PI at Hingna Police Station, has been asked to take over as the In-Charge of Mankapur Police Station.

Senior PI (Mankapur) Smita Jadhav has been shifted to Economic Offences Wing (EOW). Anamika Mirzapure will take over as the In-Charge of Dhantoli Police Station. Earlier, she was PI (Crime) at Sitabuldi Police Station. Senior PI (Dhantoli) Vinayak Koli has been shifted to Nandanvan Police Station in the same capacity. Popat Ghaytonde, who was Senior PI (Nandanvan), has been transferred to the Special Branch. Kamlakar Gaddime, Senior PI (Imambada), has been shifted to Unit-4 of the Crime Branch.
RameshTale of Crime Branch Unit 4 will now be the new In-Charge of Imambada Police Station. Vitthalsingh Rajput, Senior PI (Bajaj Nagar), has been shifted to Economic Offences Wing. Surendra Aherkar from the Crime Branch will be the In-Charge of Bajaj Nagar Police Station.
The transfer orders were issued as per the recommendations of the Police Establishment Board at commissionerate level.
