Nagpur: The monsoon season often brings with it increased snake sightings, but a particularly alarming incident has occurred in the Amar Nagar area on Hingna Road, Nagpur. A house in this locality was found to be harboring not one or two, but a total of 14 cobra hatchlings. This discovery has caused quite a stir in the neighborhood.
The incident took place in the home of Dilip Yadav. Upon realizing that his house was infested with cobra hatchlings, Yadav immediately contacted snake rescuers Akash Meshram, Vikas Meshram, and Aditya Balbude. The snake rescuers quickly responded to the call and managed to capture all 14 venomous hatchlings from the premises.
It is suspected that there might be even more hatchlings in the vicinity, so the homeowners have been advised to remain vigilant. The snake rescuers safely relocated the captured cobras to a forested area. The sight of the venomous cobras, especially at night, had understandably frightened many, but the prompt action of the snake rescuers brought relief to the residents.
