Nagpur News: Panic gripped Sakkardara market when fire broke in one of the shops in the wee hours of Saturday. The other shops too, caught fire and gradually 15 shops were gutted in fire. Fire and Fighting Department reached with seven fire tenders to control the fire.
Police said, the fire has caused a loss of Rs 6.65 lakh. Fire department took two hours to extinguish the fire completely. Police said, the reason behind this fire has not been ascertained yet. Police suspected that someone might have deliberately set ablaze the shop, however, these are only speculations and Sakkardara police are investigating the case to prove their theory.
