19-year-old girl molested in MIDC

MIDC police booked a man for molesting a 19-year-old girl on Tuesday. The accused has been identified as Nitin Sharma, a resident of Sai Nagar, Date layout, MIDC.

According to information, the 19-year-old girl was alone at her house on Tuesday. The accused took advantage of the situation and barged into the house. He molested the girl by passing indecent gestures. On the basis of the victim’s complaint, MIDC police registered an offence under Sections 354 (a) (1) of the IPC.
