2 men involved in theft of Jaguar bathroom fittings worth Rs 3.50 lakh arrested

Nagpur:
Imambada police arrested two accused involved in theft of high-end bathroom fittings of Jaguar company. Cops have recovered the stolen bathroom fittings worth Rs 3.50 lakh.

The costly bathroom fittings of Jaguar company were stolen from a house coming under Imambada police jurisdiction on August 26, 2017. On receiving complaint in this connection, a team of cops was on the trail of suspects. In the meanwhile, informants gave secret inputs about the possible involvement of two accused namely Vinod Virendra Bhalavi (19) and Saurabh Arjunsingh Thakur (24), both residents of Bailly Shop Quarters, Pachpaoli.

Acting on the inputs, cops detained the two accused and subjected to intense interrogation. During interrogation, the two accused confessed their role in stealing the costly bathroom fittings of Jaguar company. The cops also recovered the stolen stuff worth Rs 3.5 lakh.

The two accused have been booked under Sections 380, 461, 34 of the IPC and placed under arrest.

The team of Imambada cops that carried out the task include Senior PI Ramakant Durge, PSI O Y Bhalavi, other personnel Parmeshwar Kadu, Atish Nikode, Rameshwar Kadve, Purshottam Jagnade, Kunal Landge under the guidance of DCP Zone 4 Chaitanya S and ACP Kapgate.
