3 men including Director of Futron Co booked for cheating a trader of Rs 2 lakh

Nagpur: Koradi police have booked three persons, including Director of Futron LED TV Company on the charges of cheating a trader to the tune of Rs 2 lakh in TV purchase deal.

The complainant, Subhash Gunwant Vairagade (64), resident of Bharatmata Square, Koradi, told police that he owns a firm named Shrisai Computers. Subhash placed a demand for LED TVs from the accused Anil Chandel, a person named Ravikumar and Director of Futron Company. For the order, the accused demanded Rs 2 lakh as advance from Subhash.

Believing the accused, Subhash deposited Rs 2 lakh in their account between September 2018 and March 13, 2019. However, no order of LED TVs was supplied by the accused and thus breached the trust of Subhash.

Koradi ASI Wakde has registered a case against the three accused under Sections 406, 34 of the IPC and searching for them.
