Nagpur: It’s been over 30 days since Ravindra Jagtap, IAS officer and former CEO of Bhandara Municipal Counsel was appointed as Additional Commissioner (Revenue) at Nagpur however, the department still stares at his empty cabin.

Last month, State Government transferred several IAS officers. Following the same, Jagtap was due to take over as Additional Commissioner (Revenue) at Nagpur.
