Nagpur: In yet another fatal road accident, four persons were killed while 14 others were seriously injured when a bus rammed a stationary truck on the Nagpur-Umred highway on Sunday between 8.30 pm and 9 pm.
However confusion played up regarding the accident as different figures of deaths were being reported on social media while the cops too did not come out with substantial information regarding the accident.

Meanwhile, the deceased have been identified as Shankar Kewat (55), resident of Dighori, his wife Pramila Kewat (40, Sonu Thakre (31) and the driver Kartik Dongal (50), a resident of Kawrapeth, Unwed. The injured are under-going treatment at trauma care centre of GMCH in the city.
It is learnt that the bus was coming from Wadsa towards Nagpur. The driver apparently lost control over the wheel at Champa on Nagpur-Umred highway and dashed the stationery truck. Kuhi police have regis-tered a case in this regard and are investigating fur-ther.
