Nagpur: In a heart wrenching incident, a 4-year-old girl lost her life when she fell into a boiling vegetable pot during a family function in Wathoda police jurisdiction in Nagpur. With severe burns, she was admitted to a hospital but she died during treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Trisha Balu Panbude (4), a resident of Shravan Nagar. The Panbude family lives in a rented home at Wankhede’s house. On October 14, a family function was organised at Wankhede’s house, where Trisha was playing with other children. Suddenly, she fell into the boiling vegetable pot. Bystanders immediately pulled her out, but she was badly burned.
The family quickly took Trisha to a private hospital for treatment, but due to her critical condition, she was transferred to another hospital. Trisha’s condition remained serious following the incident, and she succumbed to her injuries on Monday morning.
Wathoda police have registered a case of accidental death and have begun an investigation.
Photographer killed in road accident
A young photographer died in a road accident on Wardha Road. The deceased has been identified as Arjun Narendra Kedia (29), a resident of Sai Krupa Apartment in Manish Nagar. Arjun was a wedding photographer.
According to police, around 4 pm on Sunday, he was returning home on his two-wheeler (MH-32/W-3666) after finishing his work. He lost control of his vehicle in front of a hotel at Somalwada Square, and his bike collided with an SUV (MH31/GA-0407) coming from behind. Arjun sustained severe head injuries. Local residents rushed him to a private hospital for treatment where the doctors declared him dead after examining.
Sonegaon police have registered a case based on the complaint filed by Arjun’s younger brother, Nakul.
