Nagpur News : Burglars made away with gold ornaments worth Rs 5 lakh and cash Rs 35,000 from Mahal residence of Ramdayal Vyas on Monday afternoon. Vyas has registered a case in Kowali police station area.
Vyas, an accountant in a metal company, had left his home on Udhoji Road near Sangh building, around noon. He and his family had gone to Akola for a relative’s marriage. The theft came to light when the family returned in the evening and found their flat burgled.
Vyas told police that the burglars have decamped with gold ornaments worth Rs 4.5 lakh and cash Rs 35,000.
