50-year old man rapes 15-year old girl

Nagpur News:

In a heinous and outraging incident an aged man raped a minor girl. The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Nandanvan Police Station. According to police, the accused Pradeep Ramchandra Kharwade (50), a resident of Plot No. 177, Bhandewadi, Antuji Nagar, entered the house the girl (15), who was sleeping at that time, and raped her.

The police, on the complaint lodged by the girl, have arrested the accused Ramchandra under sections 372(2) (H) of IPC and under sections 9(N), 10, 11, 12 of Children’s Protection Act. And are investigating further.
