Nagpur: A 53-year old pervert man has been arrested by Gittikhadan police on the charges of bodily molesting 10-year old girl who happens to be his own relative.
The lewd accused has been identified as Abhaykumar Singh Bholaprasad, resident of D 17/18, Manavseva Nagar, behind Veterinary College. The accused, between 0000 hours of Sunday and 6 am of Monday, touched the sleeping 10-year old girl in indecent manner and also indulged in vulgar acts and thus put the kid to shame.
However, it could not be verified whether the girl, who happens to be relative of the accused, narrated the nasty act of the accused to her family or the accused was caught in the act.

Gittikhadan ASI Prakash, on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victimised girl, booked the accused under Section 354 of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 3, 4, 7 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and placed him under arrest.
