An eight-year-old girl has been kidnapped while she was playing in front of her house.
According to police, the girl Sangita Sanjay Chavan (8), resident of Lumbini Nagar, Near Lal School, Mecosabagh, Nagpur, mysteriously went missing while she playing in front of her house at about 11 am on Tuesday. Her aunty Usha Rajendra Chavan (45) and other relatives ran from one corner of the city to another but failed to trace Sangita. Finally, Usha Chavan lodged a complaint in Jaripatka Police Station. The Jaripatka PSI Bharsagde, in accordance with the Supreme Court order that any minor boy or girl goes missing, the case should be treated as that of kidnapping, registered an offence under Section 363 of the IPC and launched an intense search of Sangita.
