Defamation for printing false allegations against Shashank and his son’s name
Nagpur: In a fresh development in the VCA and the baseless allegations against Shashank and his son’s name, taking rounds in the city, the VCA has sent a legal notice of Defamation to Times of India Media House, Nagpur on January 12, 2016.
Sources closed to the office-bearers of VCA said that they have sent the legal notice of defamation to Times of India over the false allegations carried in the news paper.
While speaking exclusively with Associate Editor of Nagpur Today, President of Vidarbha Cricket Association Prakash Dixit confirmed that they have sent the legal notice for defamation to Times of India. He added that they have asked the authorities of Times of India to give clarifications in the next three days, failing which VCA will be going to court with the Defamation Suit.
