Property Fraud: Yuva Sena Leader Vishal Keche, four other booked for cheating

Nagpur: Ajni Police have booked Joint State Secretary of Yuva Sena Vishal Keche and four others for selling one plot to two persons using bogus documents. Besides, Keche, a resident of Amravati, cops have booked accused identified as Mangesh Kundansingh Sengar, a resident of Amar Nagar, Shobhatai Wamanrao Kale, Laxmi Yashwanti Chapke and Purushottam Kale, resident of Bajrang Nagar, Ajni in this connection.

According to police sources, complainant Prashant Jawane, a resident of New Babhulkheda had purchased two plots for Rs 25 lakh from Vandana Ravindra Chacherkar. On October 15, 2020, Prashant was at his plot when Sengar and Keche approached him. The duo said that they had purchased the plot from one Shobha Kale on September 16, 2020. When Prashant inquired, he came to know that Shobha Kale had bought the plot from Tajkripa Home Construction Cooperative Society.

Shobha Kale had sold the plot to Ishwar Chinore on December 13, 1991. The only heir of Chinare was his daughter Vandana Chacherkar. Prashant had bought the said plot from Vandana itself. Prashant Jawane lodged a complaint at Ajni Police Station after he came to know about the sale of the plot by making fake documents with the help of Shobha Kale by the accused.

Based on this, a case of cheating was registered against the accused. Ajni Police are probing further.
