Nagpur: Maharashtra Government Jail Division in association with Prayas-Tata Social Science Organization felicitated children of inmates, who succeeded in class X examination, at Mangalmurti Lawn of Nagpur Central Jail here on Thursday.
The programme was part of social welfare and rehabilitation of the prisoners.

Five students who succeeded class X exam with bright colours were felicitated at the hands of Anupkumar Kumare, Superintendent of Nagpur Central Jail.
Gajanan Ranade, President, Rotary Club of Nagpur (West), Vijay Mohod, President, Indian Sevak Sangati, Jyoti Kapoor, President, Rotary Club of Nagpur (North), Ramesh Borkute, President, Rotary Club of Nagpur (Metro) and others were prominently present on this occasion.
Social worker Dhanpaal Meshram did the introductory proceedings of the event. Laxman Salve compared the programme while Sanjiv Hatwade proposed the vote of thanks.
