Nagpur: As temperatures soar in the Second Capital of the State, wild animals are finding relief from the Nagpuri heat by taking refreshing baths at the Gorewada Zoo in Nagpur. Nagpur Today’s photographer, Sandip Gurghate, captured exclusive images of a group of animals, including tigers, elephants, and deer, cooling off in the water.
According to zoo officials, providing water and sprinklers to help animals beat the heat is a common practice during the summer months. The zoo has also installed coolers and fans in the animal enclosures to ensure their comfort. Officials have urged visitors to avoid disturbing the animals and to be mindful of their surroundings.
