Nagpur: Dhanwate National College celebrated the Independence Day with fervour. Principal Dr O S Deshmukh unfurled the national flag at 8 am in the College premises. On the occasion, 107 NCC cadets and Captain Dr Subhash Dadhe saluted the tricolour and took the pledge to serve the nation. Some NCC cadets drew a large rangoli of Chandrayan-3 in front of the national flag.
Present on the occasion includes College teachers, teaching and non-teaching staff, sportspersons, NCC, NSS cadets and others. Dr Devendra Wankhede conducted the programme.
