Nagpur: The Second Capital of the state is all set to host the All India Police Sports Control Board’s 72nd All India Police Volleyball Cluster from February 26 to March 2 in Nagpur. Nagpur is hosting this event for the first time.
Addressing the press conference in this connection, Nagpur Police Commissioner Ravinder Singal informed the media that around 3000 people will participate in the 72nd All India Police Volleyball Cluster, which will be held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Stadium, police headquarters, Nagpur. Additional Chief Secretary Sujata Saini will inaugurate the cluster on February 29 at 4 PM.
He further added that, all the participants will be divided into 37 teams, totaling 2154 participants from across the country, which includes 1491 males and 663 female participants in events like volleyball, handball, yoga, basketball, table tennis, and Sepok Traa.
All the necessary arrangements are underway in this connection, he said.
