Nagpur: Mayuresh Bushan Dadwe, the eyewitness of the sensational Mercedes accident at Ram Jhula, narrated critical details of the accident night while speaking with Nagpur Today.
He confirmed that associates of the accused Ritika alias Ritu Dinesh Malu and Madhuri Shishir Sarda threw liquor bottles from Ram Jhula.

It is pertinent to mention that sensation prevailed in the Tehsil area in the wee hours of Sunday, February 25, after a reckless Mercedes car mowed down two men.
At around 1:30 am, victims Mohammad Hussain Gulam Mustafa (34), from Nalsahab Chowk, and Mohammad Atique Mohammad Ziya (32), a resident of Jafar Nagar, were crossing Ramjula on their scooter when they were knocked down by the luxury car.
The incident has sparked controversy in the Second Capital of the State, with family members alleging that the accused used their money and contacts to brush the matter under the carpet.
However, vigilant Nagpur Police ensured bringing the truth to the fore.
Speaking to Nagpur Today, DCP Zone 3 Gorakh Bhamre informed that, ‘Following the medical report, it has come to the fore that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Subsequently, we are amending the charges pressed against her,’ he said.
