Nagpur: After a three-month closure due to the monsoon season, Pench, Bor, and Umred-Paoni-Karhandla Tiger Reserves are all set to welcome tourists again starting October 1. Jungle safari bookings will be available offline, with limited slots. Key gates at Pench, including Sillari, Khursapar, Banera, and Chorbahuli, will be open to the public, though access will depend on road conditions and weather, with full reopening expected by October 15.

In addition, all gates of the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) will reopen on October 2. After being shut down since July 1 due to heavy rainfall, the roads have been upgraded to facilitate smoother access for visitors. However, the buffer zone gates of TATR will be closely monitored and may see restricted access depending on rainfall conditions.
