Nagpur: In another lecherous act, a devious man molested a house maid when she was on her way back to her house.
According to police sources, the victim used to go to people’s house to wash utensils and clothes. As usual when the maid (Kamwali Bai) was returning home after finishing her job at people’s house, the 35-year old accused suddenly came in front of her and caught her hand. The accused then asked the victim to accompany him to a dark shady place in the locality. When the victim refused the accused performed some act which had caused her to feel molested.
Irked by this act of the accused, since the victim knew the accused, she went to complain about the accused to his wife. However, the accused confronted her and assaulted her. The victim sustained minor injuries.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim, Police Sub Inspector Bonde registered a case under sections 354, 31, 323 of Indian Penal Code and is investigating further.
