Nagpur: Eleven fans of Marathi movie star Rinku Rajguru were robbed of their mobile phones when they had gone to Hilltop area where a massive crowd had gathered to have a glimpse of the heroine on Friday.
Notably, Rinku Rajguru, who gained nationwide fame for her portrayal of Archi, the female lead in Marathi blockbuster ‘Sairat’, on Friday visited the Hilltop-based Ekta Ganesh Mandal. The visit by the Marathi movie sensation took the Hilltop area by storm as thousands of her fans and other curious people thronged the place to have a glimpse of the heroine. Among the massive crowd, Krushna Dhulichand Tembhre (20), resident of Old Futala, and other 10 persons too were gathered. Taking advantage of the crowd, a gang of miscreants burgled mobile phones of the 11 fans. The curiosity to have a look of Rinku cost them Rs 60,000.
