We request you to kindly use your good offices with the Government and demand funds for installation of CCTVs Cameras in the 2nd Capital of Maharashtra/Nagpur in business areas like Itwari Sarafa oli, Maskasath, Grain Market, Sitabuldi Main Road, Dharampeth, Sadar Residency Road and Residential Colonies which are the soft targets of anti-social elements and also an prominent public places.
Cyber Crime threats: Now a days have become major cause of worries in this digital world. Technical controls to avert attacks & protect the business from future risk. Cyber Security requires governance at the highest levels.
It is vital to keep pace with changing regulatory & technology landscape to safe guard & advance business objectives.
Many areas are badly hit by illegal parking by Hospitals & tuition classes in residential areas. Commercial activities should not be permitted in residential areas causing inconvenience to the public in action by authorities is required. Congestion in residential areas have increased though traffic patrolling is regularly done in these areas.
Similarly, Pragati Patil, Corporator said that Nagpur is declared as smart city hence a special committee should be constituted for the development of the city.
While addressing the members Dr. Venkatasam, Commissioner of Police humbly said that he understood the problems concerning traffic signals, CCTV cameras, road encroachments etc. Since there are four departments in the city of Nagpur namely NIT, NMC, Zilla Parishad & Collector, NVCC suggested one Co-ordination Committee should be constituted for the working of the city. The approval is needed from the State Government. CP appealed to all the traders to keep CCTV Camera as mandatory as it is the need of the hour.
Encroachment & Hawkers Zone issues were discussed. The Commissioner of Police further said that we cannot expect immediate decision regarding encroachment & Hawkers Zone without appealing to Lower Court, In reply to banking transactions & Cyber Crimes he shall direct the Cyber team for awareness & safety measures.
