Advocate XI beats High Court Judge XI by 1 run in 12-over friendly match

Nagpur: The High Court judges and lawyers “battled it out” on a different turf. Both the parties wielded a willow and ball to prove their supremacy. And the lawyers emerged winners!

In a friendly cricket match played at Deekshabhoomi Ground between High Court Judge XI and Advocate XI on Saturday morning, the lawyers had their day. In the 12-over game, Advocate XI scored 84 runs. In reply, the High Court Judge XI fell tantalizingly short by just 1 run.
