4-yr old girl ‘raped’ by a man of 40 in Jaripatka

Nagpur: A 4-year old girl was ‘raped’ by a neighbouring 40-year old man in Jaripatka area here on Thursday afternoon.

The pervert accused named Rakesh, a neighbour, taking advantage of the kid girl being alone in her house, ‘raped’ her around 3.30 pm on Thursday. When the parents of the girl came to know about the heinous act by the accused Rakesh they registered a case against him with Jaripatka police.

PSI P V Khare has booked the accused under Section 376(I) of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 7, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
