Nagpur: Two persons were killed and another injured in separate road accidents on Wednesday.
In the first incident, Ramkrishna alias Raghoba Manikrao Ghonge (52), resident of Ghorad, Kalmeshwar, and his maternal uncle Gulab Bapurao Mankar (65) were going on a two-wheeler (MH-40/AS 0280) double seat around 6 pm on Wednesday. As the duo reached near Kalpana Talkies Square, a travel bus (MP-28/T 0298) dashed against their two-wheeler. The impact resulted in Ramkrishna and Gulab crashing on the road. Gulab suffered critical injuries and died on the spot while Ramkrishna escaped with minor injuries.
Mankapur PSI Gaekwad has booked the unidentified bus driver under Section 304(A) of the IPC.

Similarly, an unidentified man (around 60 years) was walking towards Mankapur Sports Complex from Mental Hospital at about 3 pm on Wednesday. At the same time, a recklessly driven Bajaj Maxima auto (MH-49/D 5998) hit him with forceful impact. The seriously injured man died on the spot.
On the basis of complaint lodged by Naresh Jyotiram Mishra (36), PSI Gaekwad has booked the driver named Datta Shinde under sections 279, 304(A) of the IPC.
