Nagpur News: The list of cases against Dilip Gwalbanshi is rising on an alarming rate. In a fresh complaint against Dilip Gwalbanshi, Gittikhadan Police booked Gwalbanshi and his associates for illegally taking possession of a plot in Gorewada.
According to information, Manikrao Garibdas Dholkar (62), a resident of Samaj Bhavan layout, Plot No. 148, Pallotti Nagar, has a plot in Khwaja Garib Nawaz Co-operative Society (362/85), Khasra No. 82/8, Plot No. 8, Parodi Nagar, Mauja, Gorewada. Manikrao complained that Dilip Gwalbanshi, Ishwar Khatik (pehalwan), Jeetu Anthony and others had illegally took possession of his plot and threatening him to leave the possession of the plot. They threatened him of death if he doesn’t leaves the plot.
Manikrao filed a complaint against Dilip Gwalbanshi and others in Gittikhada Police Station. Police have registered an offence under Sections 143, 447, 294 and 506 of the IPC, informed PI Chakshupal Bahadure. Further investigations are under way.
