Nagpur: A young driver of a car suddenly fell unconscious and later died in hospital while undergoing treatment.
The deceased, Atul Laxmanrao Durugkar (30), resident of Sevanagar, Hilltop, Pandhrabodi, was driver of four-wheeler (MH-31/AF 1467) whose owner has not been identified. Around 4.30 pm on Monday, Atul was sitting in the four-wheeler parked in front of the owner’s house near Mata Mandir, Gokulpeth. Suddenly, Atul fell unconscious and was taken to nearby Dande Hospital.
However, doctors there referred Atul to Government Medical College and Hospital. He was pronounced dead by the GMCH doctors during the course of treatment around 6.45 pm. The exact cause of Atul’s death could not be ascertained so far.
