Nagpur: The Legislative Assembly was adjourned thrice on the second day of the Winter Session amidst noisy scenes created by Opposition members.
As soon as the Question Hour commenced at 11 am, the Speaker called for the first question. But the members from Opposition benches started uproar and marched towards Well of the House. The Speaker immediately adjourned the House for 10 minutes. When the House assembled at 11.11 am and a minister was replying to a question, the Opposition again created noisy scenes forcing the Speaker to adjourn the House again for 30 minutes.
The Opposition din continued even after House assemble at 11.42 am. The Designated Speaker Yogesh Sagar tried to calm down the Opposition Leader Radhakrushna Vikhe Patil, Jitendra Avhad, Vijay Wadettiwar, Aslam Bhai and others. But the Opposition was in no mood to relent and as a result, the House was adjourned till 12 noon.
