Kalyan: First time Shiv Sena corporator Vinita Rane was elected the 13th mayor of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation, while BJP’s Apeksha Bhoir was elected unopposed to the post of deputy mayor here on Wednesday.
Rane, a former nurse of hospital and wife of three-time corporator Vishwanath Rane who had won the municipal elections from 64 ward (Dombivli), was elected to the post.
