Nagpur: A middle aged man duped to the tune of Rs 4 lakh by an unidentified trickster on the pretext of job offer in Canada. Cops are searching the conman.A resident of Plot No. 142, Farooq Nagar, Teka, Mohd Shahid Mohd Gaffoor (49), received ‘job offer’ in Canada between March 26 and April 16, 2018.
A few days after, an unidentified man contacted Mohd Shahid through a bogus website and asked him to deposit Rs 4 lakh for completion of visa procedure. Accordingly, Mohd Shahit deposited the amount and waited for the visa and job in Canada. But soon realised he has been cheated by the unidentified trickster.
