Five residents of NV Colony at Shanti Nagar had constructed illegal toilets on the severage line thus obstructing the normal flow of the lines. The maintenance of severage lines had also become difficult due to these toilets. ON getting information about this, the NMC Zone office had issued notices to the property owners but the illegal toilets were not removed. The NMC squad therefore took action and demolished the toilets on Thursday.
