After MT-CET results were announced, it was said that over 15,000 seats in engineering colleges affiliated to RTMNagpur University and Gondwana University will remain vacant. The speculation may turn right. Only 2,085 students out of 32,000 students appeared for the exam have managed to score 100 or above marks. Though main engineering colleges are confident that their seats will not remain vacant, other colleges are a worried lot now. There is no doubt that seats will remain vacant on large scale.
