Silver Systems owner, 2 aides booked for molestation in Jaripatka

Nagpur: Ballu Kewalramani, owner of one of the largest dealerships of computer systems – Silver Systems located opposite Yashwant Stadium in Dhantoli has caught in the police net along with two of his accomplicesm, following the allegations of molestation by a woman, who also happened to be longtime companion of Kewalramani. The other two accused Rishi Khosla, 48, resident of Byramji Town, Sadar and Munna Dhole, 50, resident of Raj Nagar Sadar were reportedly riding in the car along with Kewalramani and the woman when the incident happened. Jaripatka police have registered the case against Kewalramani, Khosla and Dhole under relevant sections.

Khosla who reportedly runs cooler business, earlier also grabbed the limelight after his name cropped up in the racket involved in exchanging banned currency notes. He was then assumed as the mastermind of the racket when the nexus was uncovered back in 2017.

Kewalramani, who resides at Krishna Apartment near Kadbi Square, was allegedly in relationship with the victim for over 7 years. Sources informed that both often meet secretly.

However on the fateful day, Kewalramani also called two of his friends – Khosla and Dhole when he was sitting in the car along with the woman. Later when they drove off, Khosla reportedly tried to force himself upon the woman and touched her inappropriately. As per the complaint, Kewalramani also insisted the woman for making physical relationship with his friends.

The woman however refused to budge and headed to Jaripatka police station where the cops were reportedly reluctant to file the case. During the late night drama at the police station, many big names appeared at the place to keep the case under the wraps. However the news started doing rounds on media whatsapp groups and sensing the situation Jaripatka police registered case against the trio under section 323, 354, 354 (A), 354 (B), 293 and 34.
