Nagpur: A dispute over taking possession of vacant school land between BJP corporator Ravindra alias Chhotu Bhoyar and activists of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has now reached police station. Both the parties have lodged complaints against each other with Sakkardara police station.
It may be mentioned that Juni Shukrawari Hindi Prathmik School is closed for the past many years. The local RSS activists have formed Lokmanya Sanskruti va Krida Mandal and run several activities for local children in the school premises with permission of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC). This is the same place, where a training camp for students ‘Mission Shourya Prashikshan Shivir’ is organised every year. However, corporator Bhoyar looking at the fact that the term of agreement between NMC and the Mandal is coming to an end, initiated to allot the land to some other institution. The Mandal – busy in the preparation of the annual camp to begin on May 1 – strongly opposed Bhoyar’s move.
Bhoyar too, raised objection over Mandal’s opposition to his move. With Mandal’s representatives being volunteers of RSS’ Reshimbag shakha, they complained against Bhoyar with senior office-bearers of BJP and RSS, which further raised Bhoyar’s annoyance, who stuck to his stand of not allotting the land to the mandal. Bhoyar’s admant attitude took the matter to Sakkardara police station, where complaints were lodged by both the sides against each other. It is said the matter would give serious problem to RSS.

Mandal President; Adv Raman Senad said, “Every year our mandal organises the training camp. This year, Bhoyar not only opposed to it but has been making efforts to allot the land to some other youth organisation.” The mater was brought to the notice of BJP leaders and a police complaint was lodged following indecent language used by Bhoyar, Senad added.
On the other hand, Bhoyar said the Mandal has started its office on the land, which was opposed by all the four corporators. With the end of the agreement, the land can be given to any organisation and hence has been allotted to Yuvak Krida Mandal.
