No online tickets for India-Oz clash, Setback for Nagpur fans

Nagpur News: In a major disappointment to the cricket aficionados of the city, there would not be online sale of tickets for the ODI between India and Australia scheduled to be held at Jamtha Stadium of the VCA on October 30.

If sources are to be believed, Big Tree Entertainment Private Limited, a Mumbai-based company, which was expected to get a green signal for the online sale of tickets, has not received permission for the sale of tickets as yet.

The VCA has now decided to sell tickets directly from the counter. Physical sale of match tickets will be commenced from October 26.
It must mentioned here that this is the first in the history of VCA that many controversies are running parallel ahead of the match.

The release further mentioned that ticket counters will be opened at 10 am on October 26. Tickets of ` 300 and ` 500 will be sold from the ticket counter at St. Ursula School. While the tickets exceeding 500 can be bought from the counter at Bilimoria Hall, Civil Lines.
