Nagpur News: A fanatic lovelorn youth went berserk and thrashed a 21-year old girl, indulged in video shooting her in his mobile, then threatened to defame her by uploading the video clipping and finally doled out threats to kill her brothers.
According to police, the accused Mohsin Khan alias Ajman Khan, resident of Ganjipeth, Bhaldarpura, Nagpur, saw the girl speaking to his friends at vacant Empress Mill land in front of Rajavada Palace, footpaths near Shukrawari Lake, Ganjipeth Square and at his own house. The accused objected the girl speaking to his friends.
The fanatic accused Mohsin accosted the girl at about 6 am on Friday and warned her not to speak with his friends. Not satisfied with the warning, the accused youth caught hold of the girl’s hand started beating her with kicks and fists, resorted to video shooting her in his mobile, threatened her to make the video clipping public and issued threats to kill her brothers if she did not stop talking to his friends. The shell shocked girl lodged a complaint with Ganeshpeth Police Station against the fanatic Mohsin Khan.

The Ganeshpeth PSI Lokhande, acting on the girl’s complaint, booked Mohsin under Sections 354(A)(1)(T), 354(B), 354(C), 354(D),(1),(T), 506(B) of the IPC and Sub-Section 3(1)(10) of Scheduled Caste/Tribe Atrocities Prevention Act 1989 and probing the matter further.
