Youth kidnaps girl with marriage promise

An 18-year old girl was reportedly kidnapped by a youth with marriage promise. Police have booked the youth and launched a search to trace the girl.

According to police, the 18-year-old girl was allegedly in know of the accused Subhash Bhansaram Krupan (25), a resident of Bhandara. With the passing of days, Subhash started luring the girl with marriage promise. Meanwhile, the girl had gone to her aunty’s house from where the accused allegedly trapped the girl and took her away at an undisclosed place. When the girl did not return home after a considerable time, her father lodged a complaint with Nandanvan police station. Cops have registered an offence under Section 366 against Subhash Bhansaram Krupan and launched a search to trace the girl.
