Nagpur: Another rape of a minor girl has come to fore. This incident involves a young man who trapped a minor girl to satiate his lustful urges and had been raping her at different places at different times by threatening to kill her. The thing came to fore when the girl became five-months pregnant.
According to police sources, the accused youth identified as Bunty aged approximately 21 years and a resident of Gupta Nagar, Surendragadh had been following the victim, a minor 17-year-old girl whenever she went out to go to school or to some shop. Between the intervening period of December 2014 to April 13, 2015, the accused followed the victim from Friends Colony Bus Stop to Balodhyan Garden. At some spot, he stopped her and claimed his undying love for her and said, “I love you and if I don’t get you, I will commit suicide by cutting my hand”. To this threat, the victim girl started talking with the accused.
However, after this the accused started taking her on his motorcycle to different places and established physical relationship by threatening to kill her. This resulted in the girl becoming pregnant. When the matter came to fore, the victim girl was found to be five-months pregnant.

On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim, Police Sub Inspector Deshmukh of Gittikhadan Police Station has registered a case under Sections 354 (D), 341 and 363 of Indian Penal Code along with Sections 376 (2) (JN), 506 (B), 6, 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
