JCI club members Seema Pagey, Psychologist and Lecturar with Arts and Commerce College, Nagpur and Poornima Raju,HRD Trainer, carried out a day long session on Personality development ,its types and its impact on career planning at Nuva college of Engineering and Technology.
The session started with a presentation and lecture, after which psychometric tests were conducted for all the students. Psychometric tests include a wide array of evaluation tools that measure one’s knowledge, abilities and personality. Seema Pagey, in her address laid emphasis on the importance of personality development and understanding our personality type. Career planning based on the interest and aptitude of the students can take place only after correct analysis and understanding of self.
The event received an overwhelming response and created a lot of interest in the audience. It ended with a question answer session and a vote of thanks by Poonam Lala ,Secretary,JCI Club and Anvita Paranjpe, HR Executive, Nuva College.
