Nagpur: The Old Kamathi Police have registered a case against an accused, Esam, for misbehaving with cattle meant for slaughter. The accused was found to have cruelly tied up 07 bovine animals in an open field, causing them distress and harm.
The police promptly rescued the animals and sent them to a goshala for safekeeping. The accused has been charged with animal cruelty and is currently under investigation.
