Nagpur: In a significant breakthrough, the Pachpaoli Police have solved three criminal cases involving vehicle theft and housebreaking. A suspect has been arrested, and stolen property worth ₹1.15 lakh has been recovered. The operation was carried out on April 8, 2025.
Case Background:
Between April 7 and 8, an unknown suspect broke into a house in Adarsh Nagar, Lane No. 1, within the Pachpaoli police station limits, and stole gold and silver jewelry. Additionally, two cases of vehicle theft were uncovered during the investigation.
The arrested accused has been identified as Nishant Suresh Pali (19), a resident of V.R. Colony, Gond Mohalla, Hanuman Nagar, Cotton Market, Nagpur. He has been booked in connection with all three cases.
Police recovered a Splendor motorcycle (MH-49 CE-9616) worth ₹60,000, gold ornaments worth ₹30,000 from the housebreaking in Farfat Nagar, and a gold ring worth ₹25,000 stolen from another house in Yashodaya Nagar—bringing the total recovery to ₹1.15 lakh.
A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway.
