Nagpur: The Nagpur district witnessed Covid-19 active cases dropping below 50. In January, the active cases had crossed the 11,000 mark. The active cases now have reduced to 46. With 20 persons becoming corona free on Tuesday, the cumulative recovery reached 5,67,314. The recovery rate stood at 98.20%.
On Tuesday, the single-day coronavirus cases in the district were recorded. Actual cases of district are only two as remaining two are from outside district. Nagpur rural and city reported one case each. Cumulative cases now reached 5,77,697 of those 9,947 people found positive for virus are not the residents of the district.

On the eleventh consecutive day, nobody succumbed to coronavirus. Number of persons testing positive and under treatment in hospital is only two. Covid-19 testing in Nagpur district has marginally decreased to 1,699 testing. Nagpur rural reported 609 testing while the city registered 1,090 testing. This has taken the cumulative testing to 53,62,555.
