Administrator Removed from NVCC, Chamber Takes Control in the Hands

Nagpur: In a significant development, the Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC), representing 13 lakh traders in Vidarbha, convened its executive meeting on April 30, 2024, at Hotel Dwarkamai in Ganeshpeth. Chaired by Mr. Arjundas Ahuja, the session shed light on the tenure of the administrator and ongoing legal proceedings in NCLT and NCLAT, presented by Mr. Ahuja.

During the tenure of the administrator, Mr. Y.C. Nahata, expenses totaling Rs. 50,64,190/- were incurred over the past 14 months. The meeting decided to audit all expenses and disbanded previously appointed subcommittees, replacing them with newly formed ones. Mr. Ahuja, along with other chamber officials, addressed queries raised by attending businessmen.

Among those present were Mr. Arjundas Ahuja, Mr. Farukbhai Akbani, Mr. Swapnil Ahirkar, Mr. Sachin Puniyani, Mr. Rajvantpal Singh Tuli, Mr. Hemant Sarada, Mr. Prabhulbhai Doshi, Mr. Hemantji Khungar, and several other executive members and representatives from various business organizations.
