Annual Day celebrations of Friends of Tribals Society

Nagpur News: The Nagpur chapter of Friends of Tribals Society, a NGO dedicated to the education and upliftment of tribals in the country, celebrated their Annual Day by staging a play at Vasantrao Deshpande Hall on October 6.

The play, which regaled a packed house for two hours, spoke of the relevance of the ideals of Swamy Vivekananda in the present day and age. The young artist entertained the crowd with innovative ideas and some recent songs, which were used as fillers. Swami Vivekananda’s preaching about God existing within us was highlighted in the first few minutes.
