Annual general meeting of Shri Gurubhakt Seva Samiti held in Nagpur

Nagpur: The annual general meeting of the Shri Gurubhakt Seva Samiti was held at Rasraj Hotel Hall, Pratap Nagar, Nagpur. The meeting began with a Mangala Charan by Madhu Bhachawat and Sushila Bothra. Tributes were paid to the late President, Ashok Dosi, Sushila Devi Pagaria, and Sagarmalji Manavat.

Sanjay Pagaria presented the committee’s financial report to the assembly, and it was unanimously approved. During the meeting, a new executive body was elected. The Trust Board appointments were as follows: Rajendra Sancheti as President, Bhavnaben Manavat as Secretary, Sanjay Pagaria as Treasurer, Mahendra Lodha as Vice-President, and Rajni Shehlot as Joint Secretary. The executive committee included Manikchand Sethia, Madhu Bhachawat, Kantilal Jain, Sudarshan Baithia, Nilesh Kothari, Sangeeta Sanghvi, Virender Bansali, and Dinesh Jain. Shailendra Manavat and Mahadeoraj Singhvi were appointed as patrons.

Shri Gurubhakt Seva Samiti has members across the entire Vidarbha region. The committee organizes cultural programs during the Paryushan Parva at Shri Sumatinath Swami Jain Temple, Ramdaspeth, every year and performs group devotional songs every Sunday. Additionally, they organize various events on Mahavir Jayanti.

On the first Sunday of every month, the Bhaktambar recitation is held at Shri Vasupujya Temple in Pratap Nagar. Every year, on Guru Saptami, a Puja and Gautamprasadi are organized in honor of the revered Shri Rajendra Sushwar Maharaj (Mohan Khedawale). For several years, the committee has been organizing religious yatras. This year, yatras will be organized to Punjab’s Jain Tirtha, Hastinapur, Mehroli, Viashnodevi, Golden Temple in September.
